Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration for the event is subject to the following cancellation terms:

Cancellation 51 Days or More in Advance

Cancellations submitted at least 51 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation Between 31 and 50 Days Before the Event

Cancellations submitted between 31 and 50 days before the start of the event, inclusive, will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the amount paid.

Cancellation 30 Days or Less in Advance

Cancellations submitted 30 days or less before the event, including the event’s start date, will not be eligible for a refund.
