Granada Tango General Rules
These rules apply to all events organised by Granada Tango.
Registration implies full acceptance of these rules and of the general terms and conditions applicable to each event.
🕒 Access and Schedule
The venue will open 10 minutes before the start of each milonga.
On the first day, doors will open 30 minutes beforehand to make it easier for attendees to collect their passes.
The organisers may modify the programme, schedules or activities, or replace artists and DJs, when justified circumstances or force majeure arise. Such changes will not entitle participants to submit a claim.
📝 Advance Registration
To maintain an appropriate balance between leaders and followers, advance registration is required.
🪑 Use of the Venue
Personal belongings may not be left behind to reserve a place from one milonga to the next.
All attendees must use the facilities responsibly.
Each participant attends the event at their own risk and agrees to exercise due care to avoid causing injury or damage to themselves, other people or the facilities.
The organisers accept no liability for any injury, loss or damage resulting from improper use of the facilities or failure to comply with these rules.
💃 Conduct on the Dance Floor
The line of dance must be respected.
Dancing must be adapted to the space available.
Movements, figures or changes of direction that could endanger or inconvenience other couples must be avoided.
👞 Hygiene, Clothing and Footwear
Attendees are kindly requested to maintain appropriate personal hygiene and to wear clothing and footwear suitable for dancing, helping to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
🤝 Respect and Consideration
A respectful attitude must be maintained at all times towards:
- Other participants
- Event staff
- DJs
- Guest artists
- Decisions made by the organisers
All attendees are expected to help create a friendly, safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
📷 Photographs and Videos
Those who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos published by the organisers must state this explicitly in the comments section of the registration form.
The organisers accept no responsibility for photographs or videos taken and privately published by other attendees.
🎒 Personal Belongings
The organisers accept no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.
Attendees are advised not to leave their belongings unattended.
🚫 Right of Admission and Removal
The organisers reserve the right of admission and the right to require any person to leave the venue.
Access may be denied, or a person may be asked to leave, if they:
- Disrupt the normal running of the event
- Behave in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner
- Put the safety or well-being of others at risk
- Fail to comply with any of these rules
In such cases, no refund of the registration fee will be provided.
🕊️ Neutrality and Prohibition of Offensive Messages
It is not permitted to display clothing, symbols, flags, banners or any other item that represents or promotes:
- Political ideologies or messages
- Extremist organisations
- Offensive or discriminatory content
- Messages that promote hatred, violence or conflict among attendees
The aim is to preserve a meeting space focused on tango, harmonious coexistence and mutual respect.
